Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Little Bit Dusty gear. If something's not right, here's how we can help:
Change of mind-
We accept returns for change of mind within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Faulty or incorrect items-
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or isn't what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll happily replace the item or provide a full refund, including return postage, in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Preorder items-
Preorder items follow the same return conditions once received, but please note preorders can't be cancelled once production has started (please allow up to 3 weeks for dispatch).
Sale items-
Sale or clearance items are final sale and not eligible for change-of-mind returns, unless faulty.
